The Embassy of the United States of America in Kigali, Rwanda, is hereby requesting eligible companies to provide security upgrade proposals for our residences located in Kagugu. Solicitation packages containing information on the scope of work and how to respond with a quote will be available online or can be picked up at the SCAC entrance of U.S. Embassy Kigali, KG 7 Ave Kacyiru, from Thursday, September 7, 2023.
All quotations must be submitted by end of business day September 22, 2023. A site visit will be held on September 08, 2023, 09:00 a.m. at the residence located in Nyarutarama: KG 13 AVE74, Kigali. Prospective offerors/quoters should contact [email protected] for additional information or to arrange entry to the premise.
